The Head of Account Management is the steward of that trust, responsible for growing revenue, influence, and long-term value within our most strategic enterprise accounts. This role blends industry expertise, strategic advisory, and commercial ownership. You will sit alongside CXOs as a trusted partner, shaping transformation roadmaps while expanding Covalense’s footprint across services, accelerators, and consulting offerings.
What you’ll own (Your Growth Canvas)
Strategic Account Ownership
- Manage 4–10 enterprise accounts, calibrated by size, complexity, and growth potential.
- Act as the single-threaded owner for account growth, satisfaction, and long-term value creation.
- Ensure Covalense Global is seen as a strategic partner, not a vendor.
Account Growth Planning
- Create and execute Account Growth Plans that clearly articulate:
- Client problem statements and transformation priorities
- Growth opportunities and whitespace across functions and geographies
- Short-term wins and multi-year value horizons
- Translate account strategy into actionable pursuit plans with internal teams.
CXO Relationship Building
- Build and nurture CXO and senior leadership relationships across business, technology, and operations.
- Facilitate executive conversations around digital transformation, AI adoption, data strategy, and operational excellence.
- Represent Covalense Global with confidence, clarity, and credibility at the highest levels.
Revenue Expansion & Value Mapping
- Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across:
- Digital transformation services
- AI, data, and analytics platforms
- Engineering, modernization, and accelerators
- Map Covalense capabilities to client KPIs, outcomes, and investment priorities.
Renewals & Long-Term Engagements
- Own renewals, extensions, and multi-year engagements, ensuring continuity and value realization.
- Drive commercial discipline while preserving long-term relationships.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Coordinate seamlessly with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Product, and Industry Practice teams.
- Translate client feedback into product requirements and solution refinements.
Thought Leadership & Industry POV
- Present industry POVs, insights, and future-state narratives to clients.
- Bring relevant trends, benchmarks, and innovation ideas to account conversations.
What makes you a perfect fit
- 12–18+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or strategic client leadership roles.
- Deep experience in one or more of CPG, Retail, Banking, or Insurance industries.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional enterprise dynamics across business, technology, and delivery.
- Proven ability to simplify complexity and communicate value clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Track record of growing revenue within large, complex accounts.
- Comfort operating at both strategy and execution levels.
